Terms of Service

Upon registration for our online Quran classes, language classes, or Islamic courses, you are required to adhere to the following terms of service and conditions.

After the 2 or 3 trial classes, you must decide to enroll yourself or your kids in our online Quran classes or courses.
Upon enrollment, you must pay your fees before the due date. Failure to pay within 4 days after the due date will result in automatic suspension from our online classes.
If the payment is overdue for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend you from taking classes.
If you pause your classes for a week or two and wish to continue, you must pay full fee to reserve your slot with the recommended teachers.
Inform customer support if you want to take time off from classes; failure to do so will result in no makeup classes.
Makeup classes will be arranged based on teacher availability.
If you wish to cancel classes, notify customer support via email or Skype at least a day before.
Baseerat Ul Quran Academy reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of any student absent for more than a week.
Once enrolled with a teacher, you cannot change your teacher for a month.
Baseerat Ul Quran Academy may change your teacher to maintain teaching quality.
In the event of a teacher resigning, we will provide a new Quran teacher.
These terms of service and conditions apply to all students.
